Wow! All I can say is that I hope noone misses out on today's paper because it is loaded with coupons! Many of them are high-value food coupons, too, some of which you still have time to double this week with Harris Teeter Super Double Coupons Week!
One goodie was the Smart Balance coupons that came in BOTH papers. They included the Smart Balance milk coupons for $1.50 off, which double to $3.00 off, meaning you can get free milk this week at Harris Teeter! That's a deal you don't want to miss, especially you use Lactose-free like we do.
My Raleigh News and Observer had FOUR great inserts, while my Wilmington Star News had three inserts. The Raleigh inserts appear to be thicker than the Wilmington inserts, so at first glance I will say that it appears that Raleigh is definitely a better bet this week. Let's take a further look!
My Wilmington had two Smart Source inserts and one Red Plum. The Red Plum contained coupons for: Truvia, Suave products, L'Oreal Hair Color, Jif/Smuckers combo coupon, Perdue Simply Smart Chicken coupons, Emerald Nuts, and a Manwich/Sara Lee Combo coupon. It was pretty thin.
In contrast, the Raleigh Red Plum had all of the above PLUS Kibble n Bits, Axe Men's Products, Maybelline, DelMonte Fruit Cup Snacks, Dove Dark Chocolate, Temptations Cat Treats, 9 Lives Cat Food, Uncle Bens Rice, Quaker Granola Bars, Kelloggs Cereals, Met-Rx Big 100 Protein Bars, Jimmy Deans Delights and Sausage, Nature's Bounty Vitamin, Pure Protein, Newman's Own Dressing, Deer Park Water, and Healthy Life Bread. In the Red Plum department, Raleigh definitely wins!
On to Smart Source. Both papers had TWO Smart Source inserts, so let's look at the first Smart Source. The first Wilmington Smart Source had coupons for EatSmart Naturals Snack, Mueller's Whole Grain Pasta, Shick Disposable Razors, Boca Burgers, Bob Harper's Weight Liss, Mariani Dried Fruit Snacks, Birds Eye Steamfresh Chef's Favorites, Finish Dishwashwer Cleaner and Rinse Agent, Cepacol, Mitchum, Schiff Move Free, Deslyn cough relief, Tyson Grilled Chicken, Dentek Floss, Harmony Farms Dry Dog and Cat Food, Monistat, EPT, Cream of Wheat.
In contrast, the Raleigh Smart Source had all of the above PLUS Ken's Dressing, Barilla Pasta, Nature's Bounty, Pom, Method Laundry Product, Excedrin, Prevacid, Gas X, Benefiber, Maalox, Glucerna, Alpo, Jell-O, Dole Fruit, Valley Fresh Natural Chicken Breast, Hormel Sandwich Meat, Hershey's Kisses, Purina Beggin Strips, Trident, Nabisco, BIC Razors, Planters Nuts, Scrubbin Bubbles, Mitchum, Afrin, Ocuvite, Monistat, Zest, Airborne, Resolve, Chichi's Salsa and Tortillas, Kemps Frozen Yogurt, Sunny D, Tetley Tea, Dole Frozen Fruit.
The other Smart Source had coupons for:
