Thanks to Barbara C. for pointing this out! In the Sunday paper on July 29th, there was a JC Penny ad insert announcing that JC Penny will be offering free haircuts during the month of August for children K-6. What a great opportunity to save!
We do have a JC Penny Salon in Wilmington in Independence Mall. I used to go there myself until my hairdresser relocated to her own salon :) I was always pleased.
To book your child's haircut, call 855-JCP-KIDS. It says to make an appointment while they last, so if you are interested, I suggest calling sooner rather than later!
