Good morning! This week there is one Proctor and Gamble insert in each newspaper. Both inserts are the same, so it doesn't matter which paper you buy. In this case, I would suggest the Wilmington paper since it is cheaper ($1.50 versus $2.00 for the Raleigh paper).

Also, note that there is a Family Dollar ad with a $5 off $25 coupon in the Wilmington paper this week. I LOVE those $5 off $25 purchase coupons! You can use it, along with the sales and any other coupons that you have to really save big bucks at Family Dollar. Family Dollar also has it's own store coupons that you can combine with manufacturer's coupons, PLUS the $5 off $25. Finally, I noticed a Proctor and Gamble promo in the Family Dollar sales ad that said you could receive a $5 prepaid VISA gift card if you purchase $25 in Proctor and Gamble products (see page 3 of the flyer for details). This would be a great opportunity to stock up on P&G products such as paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning, etc. You can use the $5 off $25, plus coupons from your P&G insert, plus the store sales AND still get the $5 gift card as long as your original purchase totaled $25. You can then use coupons to bring down the cost that you pay out of pocket.

Need to organize all those coupons? Check out our binders here! They are the BEST organizational system around for couponing!

As a bonus, all three drug store sales flyers were in the newspaper. I know that some mornings the drug store flyers are missing but they were all there. I will be skimming those for some good deals today.

Happy Fourth of July! I hope you enjoy your semi-break from couponing!
