 Today the Raleigh News and Observer had one Red Plum Insert. The Wilmington Star News had two inserts- a Red Plum and a Smart Source Insert. Going on total value alone, I would recommend buying the Wilmington paper today. You can get it for only $1.00 at Dollar Tree, too. 

I cover everything and buy one of each paper to get the variety of coupons, including the Kellogs coupons which were in the Raleigh paper but not the Wilmington one.
